Hiking and yoga will be tailored to fit the needs of participants with styles ranging from hatha flow of all levels to Yin and restorative. Don't miss this unique experience while in the Sedona area! "I had the pleasure of a hike/vinyasa yoga experience with Adriana. It was so awesome! We hiked through Red Rock canyon over a beautiful bridge and stream and settled under a serene opening under a massive tree. Adriana led me through a very relaxing, meditative yet challenging Vinyasa yoga experience. I enjoyed the yoga and Adriana so much! She's a lovely person with extensive knowledge of many different styles of yoga and really impressed me with her delivery. I discovered that she's been practicing and teaching for decades so trust me when I say you're going to love and trust her! I highly recommend this off-site yoga experience. It's one of a kind and I hope you'll gift yourself by booking with Adriana" Wendy M |

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga has it’s roots as part of the original Hatha Yoga tradition.
Yin Yoga combines the influences of Indian Yoga with Chinese Daoist practices and Western sciences to improve our health on many levels.
Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to
work only half of our body; the muscular half of our body. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half; The deeper Yin tissues of our
ligaments, joints and even our bones. Yin Yoga mobilizes and strengthens the joints, facia and connective tissue. The emphasis is
on long-held poses.
Yin Yoga is very supportive. Props are an important part of the Yin practice; therefore we use blankets, bolsters and straps. Props help
the practitioner surrender to long held poses. After a Yin practice the body feels deeply relaxed as if the practitioner just experienced a message. Yin yoga will also help in finding a deeper expression in the Vinyassa practice. The practitioner may also be able to experience have an ability to achieve a deeper expression of the poses.

Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls
Hearing the enchanting sound of the crystal bowls seems to awaken an ancient remembering. Touching the “essence of the soul.”
Many cultures and religions revere sound so deeply as to believe it the universe into being. We perceive sound by skin and bone conduction, ingesting and consuming it with our whole body. My goal of music therapy is to reduce stress and pain, promote deep relaxation develop self-awareness and creativity, improve learning, and clarify personal values.
